Another hot, humid day with not enough wind to even consider sailing. I busied myself sorting and refiling papers -- no excuses now for not finding whatever I might think I'm working on. This evening we went to an Open Studio at the Velvet Mill in Stonington Village. It's on Bayview Road, not the building on Water Street.
There were painters of different genre, designers, craftspeople all willing to explain their motivation for their work and deconstruct the meaning of obscure artifacts.
Maybe this is the convergence of Art, Design, and Organization! I made sure I took some photos that I can use for my graphic novel.
I've set myself the goal of producing one frame a day - so far I haven't completed today's.
