Z-Pie
















Yes, zucchini. 3 pie rating -- "Too sweet and didn't taste like zucchini". Would you really want it to?

    I have a fantastic zucchini pie recipe. Wish I knew you were still in need of Z. It has lots of mozzarella and parmesean cheese in it- quiche like without a crust. YUM!
